Contains beta-glucans in the form of MacroGard, whey, which is not only a mineral supplier but also an excellent source of vitamins, protein, lactoglobulin, and lactoalbumin. It is enriched with a high content of the branched-chain amino acids BCAAs (valine, leucine, and isoleucine), which play an important role in muscle protection and development. BCAAs are metabolized in the muscles rather than the liver, thus counteracting muscle catabolism during periods of exertion.
